Why did I only receive part of my order?
Answer:
We can only ship packages weighing less than 50lbs. If you have a large order, your order may be split into several packages. Not all packages may arrive on the same day.

The product ships next day and you can expect to receive 1 week from ordering.

Is this product FDA recalled?
Answer:
No, Hydra Pearl is not among the brands recalled by the FDA. The ethyl alcohol (ethanol) used in our hand sanitizer has not tested positive for methanol contamination. Our supplier is an industry leader and provides analysis to ensure safety. We also perform in-house testing to verify the safety of our product.

How many servings are dispensed from 1 gallon jug, in total?
Answer:
Each pump output is about 2.7 mL, and the whole gallon jug can be used about 1400 to 1500 times.

Question:
Does the 32 Oz size fit on car's cupholders?
Answer:
The 32 ounce bottle is too large for most cupholders. If your car has a larger size cupholder that is 3.5 inches in diameter, then it will fit. Our 10 and 16 ounce bottles will fit in standard cupholders much better than the 32 ounce bottle.

How wide across is the bottle opening? I have a 1 inch diameter pump and was wondering if it will fit?
Answer:
Hydra Pearl 1 gallon jug needs a 38-400 pump. The opening diameter is 1.5 inch.

Does this product kill 99.9% bacteria?
Answer:
Yes. We evaluated according to ASTM E2315-16, the Standard Guide for Assessment of Antimicrobial Activity Using a Time-Kill Procedure. Our test revealed a 99.99% reduction in microbial populations of S. aureus and E. coli.
